I started to slip up yesterday but stopped before it got to M, saved by having something else on my schedule that I needed to turn to. Things had been going well but it's so easy to give in when my mind seems set on it at that moment. I need to give some attention to what's going on in those types of moments, and be extra vigilant for the next few days.
