Mo after 90 days no pmo hard mode ?

In my opinion, as long as you don't overdo it, it should be fine.

 

Depends on what you're in. Light mode? No, not relapse. Hard mode? Yes, relapsed. Semen Retention? Yes, relapsed.

If you have not been using them and they can't get hard when you're having intimacy with a woman, perhaps you'll need it, but if you're purely doing it because you wanted to, why put yourself at risk of relapsing again, shooting one out seems to be pointless at this point.
