A change in body, plz help

  1. I'm currently on my day 31 and going through a lot of situations which I have never experienced before in my nofap journey like --
    (1) I everyday wake up at 4:00 Am still I don't feel sleepy at night.
    (2) There are a lot of pimples on my forehead, they grow up there suddenly.
    (3)As a student my maths skills got a boost. I am getting better at maths.

    I'm going to piece out a few theory for what you're experiencing:

    1) The increase in energy level is basically proven by every person who succeeds in nofap, maybe that's why you're waking up in the middle of the night because your body simply feels like it doesn't need any sleep.

    However, if you're waking up in the middle of the night and can't fall asleep, it should be problems outside of nofap.

    (Side notes: Because of the lack of info about your sleeping pattern and all, I can't really give you an answer that I am 100% confident of.)

    2) Pimples, perhaps your sleep quality had affected your skin quality too, acne problem can be caused by stress, if you can recall any stressful event recently, maybe that's the cause of you waking up and midnight and acne problem.

    3) After 30 days, your brain had basically healed, new thought patterns and new brain circuits had formed, porn is known to cause the lack of clarity and the inability to focus. Perhaps your "new-earned" focus dig out the potential you always had.

    I noticed that I was falling asleep at a reasonable times and with out any sleep aids after 90 days or so.
    unfortunately It only lasted a few weeks I’m back to needing sleep aids which really sucks.

  4. try night affirmations meditation music for sleep aides. Pills wear off or are ineffective.

    What I noticed about the sleep:

    If I am living a healthy overall lifestyle, I find that I need a lot less sleep.
    (Eat healthy, no PMO, less caffeine, etc)
    I will not feel sleepy during the day or evening, yet I fall asleep very easily at night. I will sleep about 6 hours and feel rested, compared to a shitty lifestyle and sleeping 8+ hours and still feeling tired.

    I didn’t even really think about that. I’m not a health nut that posts my workouts on Instagram but I’m pretty active once a week, and excessive when I can . I eat somewhat healthy but like I said, im not a health nut, so fast food is consumed once in a while.
    i always feel like I’m not getting enough sleep but 5-6 hours is normal for me.
