    31 days.

Found myself mindlessly browsing the Facebook feed, in hopes that I would see something exciting. Fishing, what a bad thing to do. But luckily I became aware and was able to stop myself before I saw something triggering. Good reminder that we must always keep some kind of focus and be aware of our actions. Otherwise, I'm still fairly low energy, although I think I start to get some back. My urges are also coming back slightly, so need to stay calm and be aware of any fantasies that may appear in my mind.

I Would request you to read and answer this post and not ignore it as I really need your insight. Thank You.
Hi I had a Question, I have been following Nofap since the last 29 days but till now personally I don't feel any urge to go back (maybe once at max), but what is odd is that instead of feeling any of the benefits everyday I just feel tired and either I procrastinate or watch youtube, for the latter I have found the solution to block it during working time using cold turkey, but to be honest I don't understand what is wrong not only do I always feel tired but I dont feel any change, I mean is it that am I doing something incorrectly or what, please do tell me if anyone has a solution.

Day 5. The heavy withdrawal has relaxed. It seems like accepting it (not mentally denying it) then doing something else really does work.

Why submit to the hydra, whose dreadful heads return after every slice, when there is an entire world away from it? Better to just accept it and continue up the path. Becoming a White Wizard is the goal.

I wish you all well, my fellows!

No you are not doing nothing wrong , that feeling i haved too, i think in opinion is the stress accumulated, try to do excercise, that helps a lot .
If still appears that feeling of tired is something more , one solution.

I think some of the reasons you feel tired are because of the things you just mentioned. You proscratinate or watch YouTube.
I have been watching a lot of videos on NoFap lately and it made me realize that NoFap isn't just quitting PMO. It's you trying to become a better version of yourself.
I have relapsed a lot of times and when I look back at why I relapsed, it probably had something to do with not changing my habits.
What are some habits you might need to get rid off or start working on? Delete toxic apps, start exercising, sleep more, clean your environment.
When watching videos on NoFap and self-improvement I write down certain quotes that stick with me.
One quote that I wrote down: Your habits plug you into different loops of behaviour.
So for example. You might eat a pizza today, after that pizza you probably get the urge to lay down on the couch and do nothing.
But when you drink a smoothie, you feel much more motivated to get up and get moving.
Day-to-day stuff, things that we don't we really pay attention to, lead us to our next day-to-day action that we also not pay attention to.
So when you procrastinate, that will probably lead to more procrastination and eventually stress because you have to reach a certain deadline but your work isn't anywhere close to being finished.
NoFap also hits everybody different. One might feel the benefits a lot earlier, the other person feels it a lot later.
    I hope this wasn't too vague :D
    You got this man!

well, first of all, we got to consider that withdrawal sympthoms will ocurr from time to time until the brain has fully rewired. this may take between 18 to 24 months.

continuous fatigue is quite normal in the withdrawal beginning, but after 29 days, not so much.

first of all we need to put aside any destructive behaviour. have you been watching sexy/erotic stuff? have you been edging? because this little nuances are seen sometimes with innocence, but they are very destructive to the reboot process.

second, are you engaging in healthy habits - eating healthy? proper sleep hygiene? physical exercise?

third, are you working on your career? hobbies? self-improvement?

nofap only works together with good habits. by refraining yourself of porn and masturbation, you´re just doing one part of the equation, you need the other part.

in fact, if you don´t install new good habits in your life, sooner or later, porn and masturbation will come back. positive atracts the positive, negative atracts the negative ;)

    Checking in Fellowship :)

Still feeling totally beaten up, i feel like a 90 years old guy :confused::confused:. but i´m doing stuff wrong, spending too much time watching tv and surfing the internet, so this increases my misery. i will try to engage in good habits, even if i feel tired and unmotivated, i will try to read a book, work on my handwritting, hang out with family, etc.

in fact, if we come to think of it, there´s a lot of good stuff to do, even if we are very tired. staying passive in front of a screen it´s not the best solution.

Have a good day my brothers and sisters :)

    Fellas!

I'm sorry I was out in the last two weeks. I did it because I resalpsed awfully bad (really relapsed, like binging in serial of falls that lead me into a depressed state and it was crap). I was in pure stress and didn't know how to manage it. Huge studying demand, lots of exams coming, house decluttering, fight with a colleague and absolutely no time for my self, which is essencial for me to recover my mental endurance. I'm not saying this as an excuse, cuz I'm aware that I failed because I didn't know to manage that situation.

Right now I'm feeling better, I pushed myself out of that rut I was and righ now I'm in a steady state. Got a little more experience, though, cuz now I know I must take care of my time for myself to not fall on that again.

I'm back to the thread, gonna keep you updated and hope to help you and be helped by you!
Also, I started a personal journal in which I describe my days with a little more details. If you wanna follow it, you can see my posts in "Fighting until I'm free" (I don't know how to link the thread here, hahah :emoji_no_mouth::emoji_no_mouth:)

See you soon, and I'm sorry I wasn't honest with you to come here as soon as I had failed. I know it could have avoided that even deeper relapse.
