I can wallow in self pity or I can continue to be the best version of myself that I can be. I choose the latter.

 

Day 13. I have been struguling with NoFap a lot. My last longer streak was of 17 days on April, my longest of all time 60 days on ( December 2020- February 2021 ). I have been with streaks of 5 , 6 or 7 days for while. I write this not only to share with you guys the experience because some of you have longer streaks right now. But also a reminder for myself, that noFap helps seeing life with a different point of view, extra energy and mental clarity. I think sometimes we relapse because we dont believe enough of the Nofap Power. Thanks for reading.

Day 34 and beyond! the force is getting stronger, and I can feel myself wanting to break free from the shackles of the internet burdened universe. Victory! Now to beat my personal best! see y'all sometime down the road!

I lost my streak of five days, I'm sad because I thought this time it would work, but now I'm going to try to control myself more and I'll post my daily evolution here with you, I hope it works.

Besides, I talked to my mother about it, as a way to have someone to help me in this process and as a redemption
