MEN: PLEASE STAY VIRGINS!

Discussion in 'Abstinence, Retention, and Sexual Transmutation' started by Hammond Egger, Jul 7, 2021.

  1. This is the same kind of logic used in ancient times to justify women being stoned to death because they weren’t virgins on their wedding night.

Um.. What logic? What in the world does stoning women on their wedding night have to do with the purpose of sex? WTF!

Is it not a fact that the purpose of sex is reproduction?

Exactly my brother. My friend has slept with over 100 girls and he has a girlfriend now. She's probably his 20th girlfriend and after a while he will probably get bored of her just like every other girl he's been with. He is one of the most miserable human beings I know. All the men I know who sleep with the most women are the most miserable people I've ever come across. Depressed, anxious, lack energy, lonely, feel empty within etc... I've never met a happy man or woman that is promiscuous. NEVER.

  4. That’s what happened when a woman wanted to have premartial sex with her husband in ancient times. She would have been stoned to death.

    This thread makes me chuckle.

What @Lilla_My said. Remaining a virgin for religious reasons I'm totally fine with and I respect it.
But saying it like it's something bad...not my cup of tea.

Sex with your partner is amazing ;)

Nope, that's not what I said at all. Read @The Pennsylvanian excellent post. Closeness and sex can come in many different forms and a wise person choose the type he or she can deal with, or simply abstain (nothing wrong with that).

You imply that having sex makes you into a porn addict. You, yourself, made you into a porn addict. This is the ugly inconvenient truth, but something one have to come to terms with in order to grow. Its when we taken full responsibility we break free. If you can't handle having intercourse with a woman due to your condition, then you should refrain from it for as long as you personally need.

But you can't say that loosing ones virginity will make you into a sex mad freak. I am not a virgin, and I'm not a porn addict. Further, most men in relationships, even if they are addicted to pornography and masturbation, need to find a way eventually to be able to have a normal sex lives with their wives. Abstaining for all foreseeable future it's seldom an option. Instead of succumbing to the chaser effect, these men work through that emotion in a way that fits them.

Its interesting that a while ago a member of forum called @Rosamund creates a thread similar to this. She gets tons of likes, positive comments and many even praised her for saving her virginity for her husband.

Now @Coak Hakola some time later creates a topic with the same idea and comments are from hate to at best negative! Most users try to de-value his idea and to challenge him!

The difference in reaction is indeed very interesting!

Some members instead of saying why they are pro mindless sex, spread negativity, use hateful words. I don't see a point in using hateful language.

Nobody is afraid, why cant you see through the illusion , there is no difference between an O from P and from an real person, you will still get the same dopamine, the same high. And the same low later.
We arent miserable , just leave us alone , we see through this shit, you can't

Implying that there are merely two options, either staying virgin or have rabid uncontrollable promiscuous sex with as much people as possible, is not only blatantly ignorant but more than anything, bordering on fundamentalism. Humans (not all, obviously) are capable of having normal, balanced sex lives. We do not have to be incels and we do not have to be Djingis Khan.

Monogamous sex doesn't evoke the same dopamine kick, that's why porn addicted men have erection issues when they try to have sex with a real person. Porn on the other hand doesn't release the same amount of oxytocin (i.e., you feel like shit afterwards). The difference between masturbation and being intimate with someone you love is rather astounding, and scaremongering young men that they can never experience that isn't really fair.

I thoroughly believe that staying virgin or even practicing semen retention can be the absolute right thing to do. But it should be a personal informed choice, not something you do out of cultism or fear.

I can see through this shit because I'm a sexual person just like you and others on this forum. Staying away from porn and masturbation is a personal choice of mine; so is cultivating wonderful monogamous sex with the partner of my choice.

  13. And that's how I know this person is not to be taken seriously. :)

  14. 10000% true.
    Yes, yes and YES.

I wish I could upvote your post a thousand times. So many addicts just simply don't want to take any responsibility whatsoever and come up with all these crack theories to avoid being accountable.
