As the title says, I'm well over 200 days sober from porn and about 30 days sober from masturbation....
Yet my mind still feels a little fucked up and I occasionally have images of past porn videos trigger themselves into my memory and I find myself being tempted or having urges to relapse. I was thinking the longer I stayed sober the more the craving would diminish... and I suppose it has a little bit. It's not like the first month where I was craving it almost every day, but I still get it sometimes. How long before my brain is completely rewired and I no longer desire porn at all?
Those first few weeks were the hardest, for sure, but I still feel as if I'm just one little mistake away from relapsing and some days I have to be careful. I really really REALLY don't want to give in again and have all this be for nothing. I'm determined to keep this sober streak going for the rest of my life. I just hope it gets to a point soon (as I'm coming up on one year of sobriety) where temptation and dirty thoughts aren't lurking around every corner.
I have already experienced some benefits in my abstinence, which is good - But it seems like I still have a long way to go

Keep it up your doing well.
For me personally I think stopping P with M does not work. I tried for 6 months no P but I still had sex with my partner. After I tried hardmode (so no M, O) I felt a lot of changes. Was feeling better after 90 days hardmode but kinda set back a little because i've had sex with orgasm again. Did not use P for 9 months now and the last 3 of them without any O (except for couple times sex last week).
I am not an expert, just sharing my experience.
Porn fucked me up big time, have been addicted to several drugs in the past and I am 5 years clean now, but this is next level. Hardest thing to fight in my opinion, but we can not let this ruin our lives.
    Keep strong!

That craving for sexual thoughts and sexual content will always be there and people call it LUST, because we are humans. I can say 'IT WILL KEEP COMING'. So stop thinking about 'when it will go'.
The point is to not give in to them. Use your experience (how you avoided cravings before). Someone here gave a suggestion: Be VIGILANT. Talk to yourself about your cravings and eliminate them. I hope there will always be ups and downs in the waves of urges, but you need to CONTROL yourself, and yes that's pain, but there is a lot of gains from self control.
And finally don't fantasize as it will slower your recovery.

    :)

As far As I've learned flashbacks and withdrawals keep occuring during the reboot. All we can do is keep going, learning about our addiction and it's effect on brain. Exercising, meditation, yoga can really be helpful. If you're concerned about how many days it can take to completely recover well here is the answer
It takes adults to break the habit atleast two months.
While for teens and young adults it takes around 3-5 months.
Few days Ago I searched on google like how many days it actually takes to completely recover, it said '1.6 yrs'. That is around 500+ days and I sought of really agree with that. Because when I had a streak of 104 days on which I relapsed I thought I'm done with the ninety days so yeah I'm completely recovered. We can't expect to be recovered in x days when we ourself were addicted for years. In my case I was addicted now for almost five years so I don't care about the number of days it'll take, I just wanna keep going no matter how strong the temptation is. Also It depends on your habits you've indulged in yourself and the external factors which are affecting your mindset positively or negatively.

Thanks for the comment, and no, my day counter isnt accurate. I'm well over 200 days porn free (220-230 estimate) and a little over a month (30+) days masturbation free.
I've actually been feeling okay lately as far as temptation for PMO goes, but I have been struggling with thinking about women I see at work and stuff. Not fantasizing or anything like that, but if I see a "hot" chick I feel like I want to check her out and I have to refrain myself from doing so.

Same thing is going on with me as well. This days I have so immense amout of energy, if get a glance over a chick or a women I feel like having sex. But this is what my thought process is, Self talk is the key. I tell myself 'This normal, I'm on nofap and surely my comfort zones are expanding and my mindset is changing as well, I accept it. As a male It's normal for me to have sexual desires I just take a deep breath and let it go. There's no need to feel shame or guilty about it.
