Brain fog | no energy | trouble waking up super tired

  1. title so I have the following:

    • trouble waking up, i feel exhausted and a zombie
    • low energy during the day, starts to be normal at the end of the day.
    • Forgetting anything
    • Trouble concentrating
    is this due:

    • Sugars?
    • Caffeine?
    • PMO?
    • Semen retention not succeeding?

    I go to the gym, i sometimes walk i work quite a lot at a restaurant, so i do not know what the problem is here.

  2. Couple things I have noticed screw me up in the morning.
    1. Not hydrating
    2. drinking alcohol the night before
    3. no getting 7-9 hours of sleep
    4. not being on a consistent schedule
    5. being in a flatline
    6. being a caffeine addict

    Take a cold shower, it'll wake you up + a great alternative for coffee which is something you should cut out of your life. If I'm not taking a shower straight after waking up I'm seriously tired, been doing em for years.

    Being active and exercising certainly wouldn't hurt. Getting into a routine of lifting weights including exercise that emphasize compound movements (ie squats and deadlifts) are great. Doing that will help you sleep and help with anxiety.

    It can be a lot of things. I had the same issue .
    # It can be smoking weed
    # sleeping late
    # PMO
    # Sleep apnea ( search on Google)
    # If you have dust allergy

    Try to find out if snore really loud, if thats the case, you are having trouble sleeping. You sleep for long but you get trouble breathing which wakes you up subconsciously. So you get only little amount of proper sleep. For me i started working out and stopped smoking weed + on Nofap. So it helped me a lot. Sorry if i make mistakes. English is my 3 rd language.

    Then please go to a professional. It occurs normally if you have sleep apnea. But if you were overweight that would make it obvious, since you are not. It's better to go to a doctor.

    1. too much coffee.
    2. relapsing on porn, and forgetting how much time you relapse. if you don't believe me start counting and see for yourself.

  11. Nutting too much over a short period of time makes you tired. It increases blood pressure which increases fatigue & confusion.

    Glycogen that gives the muscles energy are depleted after climaxing which obviously makes men tired, hence why many feel sleepy after sex.

    Other points to consider:

    Stay hydrated; 30ml/kg of body wheight (Just look up the calculations in pounds or whatever is used in america if you live there)

    Overtraining and overworking will make you tired if you do not get enough rest. Generally workout max 5x/week if you are not an athlete.

    Perhaps you aren't eating enough? Minimize intake of sugars and caffeine or any other substances. They are addictive & don't do you any good in the longterm while having annoying abstinence symptoms like extreme fatigue.

    this makes it seem to simple. the brain fog is far more complex than not eating enough.
     
  13. It can be depression too. You don't realize when you fall into it. We often associate depression with just feeling bad.But there are real symptoms like anxiety, ruminations, fatigue, incoherent speech, sadness, isolation, no self esteem. I know this because I have experienced it.


    - Exercise
    - Eat clean
    - Relax /meditate
    - Talk to someone (therapy?)

    I don't know how many times you fap, nor if you have a 5-year-PMO-addiction...
    But I can say for sure that nofap will give you energy, if you waste your seed you waste your energy and boost your mind: no braingfog anymore, more focused, more motivated...
    Starting a challenge may be the right thing to do

    But I can say for sure that nofap will give you energy, if you waste your seed you waste your energy... with NOFAP you boost your mind: no braingfog anymore, more focused, more motivated.
