Another morning, another sex dream. Part of the reason they bother me so much is not just the content of the dreams, but also the fact they cause an early-morning dopamine spike that leaves me on the comedown for the day that follows. Sometimes if the dream was particularly powerful the comedown feels like a depressive episode, not fun at all.

 

Sorry to hear it. Those early urges are tough. Try your best to work past them.

 

On my way to take the entrance exam I was captured by a Borg cube.

Seriously though, I'm struggling right now. My issue is, my trigger is stress, and what causes that stress is something I cant control reliably, because it's an illness. I'm diabetic and sometimes when I have a bad day with it, or something weird happens (like today) I want to relapse to destress and the annoying thing is it works.

 

I'm a civilian again. Need to make this stick this time.

 

Only on day 2, having erotic dreams, on top of sleep paralysis and nightmares. I'm sick of this shit lmao, whether I PMO or not I'm bombarded with this almost every night.

 

Chose to reset after a day, because I knew instinctively this streak was done for as soon as I had my sexual dreams. My mind was not in it enough after that. Eager to get back to it tomorrow.
