Hey guys I'm really happy to know that I'm not alone in this fight and that other people have issues as I do but my case it's kinda unique

I masturbate since 11 yo and never stopped. At my worst period I used to masturbate 6 times a day and today i have an orgasm after a minute of masturbation. I think that's because of the frequency I used to do it. I have 17yo and I'm really near to have my First sexual experience and I'm afraid to have a PE during it.

Every post of success I look it's people with DE Issues and that makes me think my issue have other causes

Knowing that i started my addiction when I was young do you guys think I have a cure?and do you guys think my problem is porn?

This isn’t that bad. I also started at 11 and am nearly 10 years older than you. I was worried about being a premie too, considering how fast I could razzle my own dazzle, but found I was actually a DE when it came time for actual sex.

You’re still young. Quit now and you’ll be ok in no time.

Don't worry about what happens during masturbation; you will always be able to get yourself off faster than anyone else.

Like @ProminentPosterior says, the real issue is when you have PIED or PIDE.

I suggest stopping all porn pretty much forever. Do a 90 day hard mode reboot, then try having sex and/or resume "normal" masturbation habits. You're still young so you have plenty of time to recover and live a healthy sexual lifestyle. Check out these articles and the FAQs below for relevant information from YBOP.

  4. Many of the worst problems with the vice do not show up immediately. Expect them in your 30's and 40's. You will be left feeling drained--unenergetic, and fatigued with even the smaller exercises. Youth masks this effect, but after a time, youthful energy wears off. The frequency of indulgence will be proportionate to the fatigue experienced later. It's a cause-and-effect relationship.

The more you abstain now, the more of yourself you save for the future. Only those older and wiser can truly grasp this, perhaps. I would encourage you, while young, to refrain from indulging in lust and just letting your hormones rage. It is possible to maintain control over one's mind and body, and many have done so.

You may find the tips I provide in the links in my signature to be helpful.

  5. Abandoning the pornography habit is only the beginning. Cured? Who knows? You'll be better positioned to solve your problems if you do and that ought to be enough.

  7. Yes. Even now, you probably feel a difference in energy levels before and after MO. But the body is not able to completely rebound from this. It puts up well for awhile, but about 10-20 years down the road, the effects will become far more apparent. At that point, there will be little that can be done to restore your original strength or rejuvenate you.

It's a bit like the effects of other drugs, e.g. alcohol or caffeine. After years of use, you will notice that the body has nervous tremors or weakness. Have you ever seen a person in his or her 30's, 40's or 50's (not even all that old) who cannot hold a glass of liquid without a tremble in the hand? Years of use finally take their toll. The same is true for masturbation. Each such session will spend a certain amount of nervous energy. But that energy is not an infinitely renewable resource. It has its limits. Sow your wild oats, if you will, but the harvest will surely come later.

This is not meant to be a scare tactic, by the way. This is perfectly true. Young people should appreciate this being told them while they still have opportunity to make a change. Many older people would probably not like to admit that they feel tired prematurely. Perhaps many think it is just the coming of age. But there is no good reason to be chronically fatigued in one's 30's or 40's apart from significant health issues, of which masturbation, especially frequent MO, during the teens and twenties is often complicit.

This problem is psychological, during sexual intercourse with yourself, you try to get pleasure as quickly as possible, thereby the same thing happens in bed.One piece of advice, refrain from porn for at least 3 months, then have sex with your loved one,and you will see the difference.
