  3. Sorry that you are having a difficult time. I know what you mean - sometimes seemingly innocent content can lead us down the wrong path. I count informational videos as P-Subs because they have the same effect without being actual P. The key is avoiding those situations. Search engines and my curiosity usually got the best of me back when I was addicted to P. I would look up something that was informative for the purposes of education. However, my mind was really just trying to find a back door to that dopamine rush.

You are probably feeling pretty down right now. It would be easy to justify MO multiple times right now to try and deaden the pain and depression. I know I always fall into this trap when I relapse. However, you still control your own destiny. Each moment of our lives is a decision. What will you do in the next second?Minute? Hour? Day? Week? Month? Year? Lifetime? Each of these periods of time have smaller building blocks. So if we start right now to make better choices, we minimize damage and we succeed second by second, minute by minute, etc. celebrate small successes. What can you do right now so that you don’t try to escape your despair through MO again? You mentioned loneliness. What can you do to curb your loneliness? We must extinguish those triggers before they overcome us.

Take care and keep fighting. All is not lost, even though you think it might be. You just went 93 days! One MO vs 93 days of absence. That is very impressive! Resist the urge to beat yourself up, shrug it off and just keep winning. You’ve got this!

Sorry to hear about that. Sounds like a small set-back though. Get back on the saddle and keep going. Worst thing you can do is give in and go back to the dark side so to speak. You've gained more than you've lost.

  6. If I summarise - I looked into some Olympics and stuffs, then some body transformation videos, then went to a video by a sexologist and lastly the one having advice by a dating coach. Then it was a relapse. Mind is really being controlled by YouTube suggestions, watch history. Looking at the history I feel how cluttered my choices are and YouTube shows up all kinds of novel videos. It is similar to novel porn videos my mind is trying to seek to get the dopamine rush.
Steps I am going to take:
    1. Meditate
    2. block YouTube.
Not really feeling down due to relapse but lack of clarity in other areas in life is causing brain fog these days (Addiction to YouTube is one big reason).
    Totally agree.
I identified that I am acting like voyeur. Through my windows which has a dark glass pane, I usually look into the outside windows. I have covered two of the panes today with a paper so that I don't look into neighbors windows where they usually leave their undies to dry. It is not pleasant to see them, but rather acts as a trigger.
A lot of tasks need to be done.
    1. I prepared my lunch sometime ago, so better eat my lunch and take some rest.
    2. Cleaning the house.
    3. Completing the pending tasks at work.
    4. Meditate.
Nothing much I can do in this area. I have got a friend whom I can meet over the weekend. Other days, I can only interact a little with the shopkeepers, folks at gym. I am still working from home, so interaction with co-workers are not going to happen much. Deep down mind is seeking a female partner and want to get intimate. But meeting new people and getting to know them is looking tough. Earlier I had consulted a psychologist and he had pointed out loneliness to be something I should deal with. Probably I should embrace my loneliness for some more time and change my mindset using affirmations and meditation and pray to Lord for making me stronger mentally and physically.
Totally agree. May be I should change my mindset with meditation and positive daily affirmations to extinguish the triggers.
Thank you Jefe for highlighting a lot of points here. Tbh, I am not feeling that low anymore. I relapsed last night and by today afternoon things seem to be under control. I will make the best decisions I can to stay in the path of NoFap. :)

  7. I will be vigilant and not let my mind trick me into another relapse. I have actually noticed that my voice has become deeper these days. And that's definitely a gain. :)

@LongWayToGo blocking YouTube sounds like a plan, there’s a program called Cold Turkey for computers that does the job

My conversations felt super confident today. Definitely something I always notice a few weeks into NO PMO. Imagine what it would be like for the rest of your life.
