Had a PMO dream, is it relapse?

No, it is a good sign , it means you are lefting this habit.
This kind of dreams can produce chaser efect too, be careful.

 

Hey. Don't worry. Your brain tries to sort this thing. It's natural. I had a PMO dream which leads to an actual O. It was really weird, but I dont think it ruined my progress in any way.

Despite what we tend to think it's not an linear process. It's not like you have to collect xy days streak and everything will be alright. It's more like we go through different test and obstacles and it's up to us whether we do the best or fail. But no matter if you fail or suceed, the most important part is that you learn something.
