This is becoming a real problem. I recently discovered/inherited a new "super power", one that manifests around day 6-10 of stopping masturbation.

Once the urges begin to come on, my mind starts to automatically enter an altered state of consciousness where sexual fantasies become nearly real. These fantasies are so real in fact, I can reach orgasm without moving my body at all. The most disturbing thing is how automatic it is, no porn or triggers are required.

Can you explain better about this "altered state", i never heard of something like that before

Best way I can describe it is that I lose touch with reality and go somewhere else. Time seems to disappear and fantasies run wild.
Eventually, I reach orgasm and come back to reality with an immense sense of regret and terror that I am losing my mind.

It should be mentioned, that I am 33 and have been single my entire life. I suffer from mental issues, low self-esteem, and loneliness. However, this phenomenon is new and somewhat scary.

I have the same kind problem. Except I don't even need to fantasize. I can control my body to reach a prostate orgasm without moving.
It's the worse to try to recovery. But what I noticed in my case is : the more I do it, the easier it gets. So the idea is to stop right when it's starting. Changing position in bed can help in that regard.

I have had this and I know what it is. All hypnosis is self hypnosis, you are in fact hypnotising yourself, that's were the HFOs come from. It works best when you have a lot of sexual energy.

You should go to a doctor and get a checkup for your prostate. It could be enlarged

ive experienced this! It’s an odd feeling, I got there at day 30. Over time your body has nowhere to realize that sexual energy so it comes out one way another.
