that awesome man i have just relapsed cant go above day 7 no matter what i do i have observed that my urges come after 2 hours of screentime but i cant actually do anything about my screen cause my classes are all online blocking sites do not help as i always find a loop hole to overcome it sucks
I take my online classes in a same room with my little sister, in such a way that she can always see my screen. You can try taking them in the living room or balcony. Don't worry man I have been through this, you only get stronger when you keep breaking your own high records.
