I’m maybe going to try posting here so I can not think about fantasy novels or watching anime for a while.

I just get stressed easily right now so I guess no more video for a bit.

I hope I don’t have to become a celibate monk die the rest of my life just to deal with life stress. I guess it’d be alright

I wonder what I’ll have to to do make up for the evil I’ve done. It wasn’t much in some ways in some ways it was very bad

I wonder if I’ll have to be a celibate monk for life or at least some years practice hours of meditate and read scriptures recite

before I’m able to handle the stress of simply having a job and a girlfriend

 

Relapsed again...I don't know what to do, but I'm thinking about to do social media detox...all I use internet for work purposes or this forum and yeah I'll not quit.

 

Day 30/12 semen retention, I'm so happy I've made it to 30 days finally, I've been using porn for 12 years and tried to quit for 8 years, in that time my best streak was 12 days which I've now left in the dust.

Now I'm going to create a new goal of reaching 60 days. This time I hope for a cleaner journey with no edging, wet dreams and all that nonsense, never give up guys, you can do this, take it one day at a time, if you look ahead too much you're going to be intimidated, just focus on conquering today, I've noticed as my streak got higher, I've had a growing fear of failure, it's alot easier to deal with relapse at 2 days in than it is to deal with it 25+ days in, it would feel heartbreaking in comparison.

However, I'm going to trust God and continue to do my best, I won't have any fear, I'll stay in the present as fear can't exist in the present, it's an illusion.

I remember in 2017 I tried to give advice while 3-4 days in my nofap journey in the success story section and was denied because I had to have atleast 30 days under my belt to be able to post there, I'm going to make a post there now, it feels great that I can finally do it and I have way more knowledge than I had before in 2017.

My journey continues.

I had a wet dream last night. But apart from that all is well. My antibiotics dose of 2 weeks got over. But I need to continue the medication for next 15 days and then check again if H. Pylori bacteria infection has been treated or not by another endoscopy.
It is a challenge to really prepare the meals on your own and eat on time and finally taking the medicine on time along with that. I hope NoFap will help me recover faster.

I had cleared the first round of interview for the new project. But I have got the next round of interview tomorrow and I should really focus on studying the Data Structure & Algorithm concepts, and brush up my C# concepts, in order to succeed. I have planned on studying for most part of today and not waste time. Wish me luck.

 

I'll do my best and keep learning.

Longest streak 180 but had nocturnal emissions during that streak.

I'm liking my zen stuff.
I tire of technology but it's so useful.
So entertaining and educational
But it's not as natural as reading paper books and just doing non screen activities all day. No electronics on all day.
I wonder if I could turn off the microwarve.

I like how Roshi says to talk about the positive and negative side of things.

Going no onions and garlic all but solidifies never eating out. Saves money.
