i am confused if this is relapse or not,
i was searching for a maths theory in yt ,then suddenly lot of video come to me that were full of p thumbnail , then i close youtube but after sometime i yt then i click a video and in video ,girl just do sex talk ,i did not want to open it but i was like in dark magic, i was not in my control , i watched that window for 15 to 20 sec then i just remove all digital screen .

 

Not a relapse. A relapse is when you give in to sexual urge and masturbate or intentionally arouse yourself.
Yours is a slip up, next time try not to get yourself in such situations.
