some of these things are what i would answer. as i said in another post, when i'm around attractive girls, i only feel the despair and desire at the same time, but i can't view them not as an object. this may comes not only from porn addiction, but also from my autism. another reason to hate attractive woman is, atleast online, they can get intimacy whenever they want, while i sit there and get no replie. online dating is hell for most man, and i think 90% of the incels, also me, got to their point cause of this. there are theories that woman under 30 are in the position to decide who gets sex and who not. this comes from the spectrum of red/black pill. there where times i was full of hate, u know that kind, that u want to go to school with a gun. glad im not like this anymore. fuck this online shit, i want completely get away from this, i stopped online dating in generell. i'm already 4 weeks into pmo, i have a good buddy who helps me, we are planning now to go outside and meet real woman, to get away from the negative thinking and in touch with real people. i hope i'll get there good..

yes, only attractive. whenever i talk to attractive women, the hate flows away, as i notice, they are just humans, usually very kind, but when they are in relationships, it hurts to be so near to them but still can't get any closer, so i don't want to be around them. i have 2 female friends, both in relationships. they are not that hot and i know them for long, so that's ok for me.

yes, i guess it comes down to this. i'm 29, good looking, low requirements, already had relationships, women interested in my, but no sex till today. i just can't understand why.

thanks for your warm words. yes, it's hard, but i'm happy i discovered now my addiction, cause this is my way out of the circle. i'm dealing for long with hate in my life, already took great steps against it, but there's more to go.

well, i'm far away from being a hardcore autist, to be specific i'm "only" an asperger autist. but anyway, such a general statement, as "men/women like/doesn't like" are never true, showing a b/w view of the world, and not helpful in this forum with people struggling..

 

You be the best you can and you will find someone who loves you for you. My daughter is also on the spectrum and she’s awesome! Ive got two male friends on the spectrum and their wives adore them.
