    Guys I have been using this from past week to fight with my urges,
    That is the timeline of a relapse, ---

    A little sexual thougt or scene in mind or trigger

    Brain thinks more and more about it

    This turns that little lust into an urge

    The urge forces to find a reason for relapse

    it finds the reason to relapse

    you relapse

    relapse ends up with a regret

    regret ends up with a broken streak
