I'm incredibly impressed with myself, I finally reached one full month. I'm even deciding to beat 31 days to ensure it was a full month.

But what is beyond this point? After the first 3-4 weeks, it got quite easy, am I addicted to porn/masturbation anyways? Is it ok to go back to PMO again?

I just want to know what is beyond this point and whether or not I will see further improvements... I haven't noticed any improvement aside from more time in my day and a clearer head, so was I even addicted to begin with?

I realised however, that after deleting all my P accessing accounts i.e. reddit, twitter, instagram and wiping all P from my phone, history and bookmarks; that it was quite easy to resist urges, because I would never get triggered.

Congratulations for reaching one month and nice tecnique for stay away from those aplications.
If you continue the mind can be more clear from those things and starts to forget P on a 35% .
That was from my personal experience .

You didn't tell us how much P. did use before starting the streak. You've said that after 3-4 weeks it's easy, so it means You've worked on it for 21-28 days. Maybe You didn't had real opportunity to feal the benefits yet? Or maybe You have to wait a bit more for them to appear. Anyway don't think that You have this under control, I did that once and I'm not going to fall for it again.

Even if You don't feel the benefits just think how time more You have thanks to leaving P. behind. That's a benefit on it's own.

Really depends on the severity and volume of your use. That being said, it’s best to stay off it because continuing with it can lead to where 30 days isn’t enough.

This precisly, keep going untill the end of days if you can, there is no healthy dose of it; dont test your resistance, if you want to, you will find the pathwais back to your favorite stuff in a blink; and if you ever fall to the urges, DONT BINGE!!! for your own good, if you do so, all progress will be then lost.

My bad, I've been M'ing since I was 11 or so but since 14 it was a minimum of 2 a day, sometimes even reaching 3-6 times a day and extended session (30 minutes the least usually). What benefits are there even? There's no way you will just magically become more confident or social-able just by not PMO'ing.

My amount of use per day was somewhere around 2-4 times a day, does that mean much?

Sorry, I've used to do it 2-4 times a day since I was 14. Does that indicate much?

You get high 2-4 times a day. Yes that’s too much. You don’t see any benefits because you don’t know how it affects you. You’ve been doing this since you were 11. Addiction stunts your growth. Keep doing this and you will one day be in the 40+ section with failed relationships and a lifetime of regret. You’re very, very young. That’s to your advantage. You haven’t done quite the damage that older addicts have. Quit for good. Not for 30 days. For good.

I don't think it is ever a safe bet to dabble with something as addictive as P if you can help it

If you are absolutely not sure what to do and your question is out of pure curiosity then there is absolutely no reason to even think about "going back". Just keep living.

If you want to quit PMO forever then you have to write some reasons WHY YOU WANT TO QUIT forever.

If you do not find any reasons to quit, then sure you can go back, but don‘t forget that P is a ultrasupernormal stimulant, and in long term it will disturb your dopamine system.

So, your life your choice peace !
