i did something special today at the end of my jogging, something good i hope, without giving away too much it has reminded me of the values i hold, the ones of service, truth and beauty, what i want to fight for, inside the shadows of our existence... thank you My God for that.

Day 10 - Feeling great and lot of energy after exercise 7am and practice for chess tourney 9am-11am, now waiting to prepare lunch and take online classes of college.

Relapsed twice yesterday, which doesn't feel good at all looking back at it, I've got so much work to do. If I didn't procrastinate so much this term I would be ready for my tomorrow's Chem test and Wednesday's Bio test. I'm preparing for entrance exams as well which does take up quite a lot of time but I maybe could have fit everything in.

 

Day 11.

there has already been numerous post mentioning that it is actually harder to stop porn when you are in a relationship, the best thing is to work on yourself and not be dependent on anybody.

 

It doesn’t have to be a girlfriend. It could be just a girl that’s a friend.

 

how would such a help manifest itself?

 

It would help if say she was more mature. If she knows how to control emotions then you could learn a thing or two.
