Having FOMO

Do you guys experience the destructing feeling that you’re going to give up something you’ll never get back when giving up PMO?
I just looked at a picture from a girl and felt deep misery realising I will never masturbate and fantasize to such beautifull people ever again. (I will never engage with those girls either because they are not my age group anymore)
How do you guys deal with this?

yeah thats very true. My biggest issue tho, is the fact that the woman i like the most (maybe this is a porn induced fetish of mine), are underage, like 15+. Even though im still 19, I wont be engaging with those young girls.
So my question is how do older people, like 50+, deal with the fact that the woman they like the most (men mostly keep liking girls in her 20s the most) wont be available to them even in their fantasizing mind.
