Managed to stop masturbation, but how do you stop fapping?

Kinda curious on this, managed to abstain on Porn and Masturbation, but still cant completely avoid fapping. Does Meditation help?

 

I sometimes feel my nipples itchy does it have to do with sexual energy? Always thought it was allergy or growth by testosterone thing!

 

B*** the Gap is huge, when I started my nofap journey I couldnt stop masturbation urges consecutively, now I can do it.

Problem is Fapping = Orgasms and can lead me back to masturbating precious nutrients! The Risk is still high even if I can tame the masturbation urges, so I need dat "Next Level" training tips.

 

No I define it as having the death grip and still having creative porn like fantasies in my head, I'm a creative person, so it's a bigger problem than I thought!

Havent fallen back into masturbation case I can hold off the urges now, but the other things are still a deterrent to my life, pls help!

 

Yeah been noticing, some people here can meditate for 10 minutes 24/7 whereas I can only do it for 5 minutes, that may be part of the issue.

 

Bro, the white fluids arent c*ming out, anymore (Fixed that urge), the orgasms (internal no fluids out) and the Death grip still there, despite no Porn, case my creativity is still enabling through fantasies.

Basically I managed to keep the sperm inside mah body, but still have the urge problems related to death grip and Porn fantasies despite watching none anymore.

 

Havent been drinking soy milk for ages.

 

In my case dropping porn made it more easier to have non-ejaculatory orgasms.
