    Day 6 Today
    I think it's been a while since I've reached here. I've been trying some new tactics, focusing more on building mindfulness. I've been making good progress, but I've been feeling mentally disoriented today. Is this because of the behavioural changes I've been making? Has anyone else experienced this?

    I have experienced it, maybe try to cultivate one hobby like sing? This is what I have used, and it works.
