Hi I'm new to this but I've had enough of this bull crap and want to know how to help myself

  2. Hi there mate! First of all, welcome and congrats on your arrival here - that's your very first step out of pornography.
I've been through hell for seventeen years, so I can tell you that there's a way to get rid of all this shit.
Read the other topics available here, you'll find some words of wisdom that may help you a lot.
My tips are: delete all porn videos and pics you may have on your PC and phone, delete all porn pages saved in your Favorites, avoid all softcore porn that may trigger your hunger for more extreme content, find a nice hobby - sports, music, outdoor activities, stay closer to your family and friends. You'll win this battle and you can count on all of us around here. Day after day, step by step, that's how you'll beat this shit.
I wish you all the best, mate!

I found the best habits are:
    • Delete every trace of P in your search history. For me, using links in my search history has been one of the biggest triggers, so delete everything if necessary
    • Install P blockers. Use this thread: https://forum.nofap.com/index.php?t...ve-your-willpower-an-aid-easy-streaks.272658/
    • Acknowledge what times and days you feel most tempted. Begin to substitute in those times with positive activities such as exercise, listening to a podcast, or being with family
    • Don't use the phone at night in your room, period. I've started to head straight to bed without checking the phone and I've seen great improvement with resisting any urge
