I'm in! Day 1... after relapsed on my 7 days longest streak in my life!

check in on day 29,was quite hard last night couldn't sleep till like 4/5 am and had urges for a couple of hours.I've realised I have frequently relapsed on the 20th/21st/22nd of the month for the last 5 months which is quite a correlation.Anyways I will make it as I am very busy at the moment and got alot of stuff to sort out, need to and want to start waking up earlier too to get my work done.

My libido is virtually dead. The other day, I had a dream, in which I said no to an opportunity. If I can say no in my dreams, then my brain is healing well I presume. I don't like to engage in locker room talks with friends anymore. I just zone out. They might think what's wrong with me. I look away from every provocative ad. I look away when I see a hot woman walking down the street. I got nothing when I gorged on them, so why waste any of my brain cells doing it! It feels like saying no to every woman there is. It appears that my single status is going to continue for a while.

Don't know where this will lead me into, but this is me as of today. What have I gained so far, you might ask. Self respect. I am proud to have achieved what I have achieved so far. Self respect. Now that's something worthwhile to work for.
