I have mentioned this several times, I think when I am mostly busy with my work, then I dont have any urges. Rest of the time is mostly spent with my partner, therefore the need hasnt arisen yet. So far so cool, btw this wasnt the case earlier, as in till last year. Now everything has changed.

Arrival of a partner has changed a lot of things for me....and yeah, workout and meditation are crucial for me.

To keep this championship you have to hold the longest streak and also check in at least once a week. otherwise it is transferred to the next highest person with the longest streak.
