Well actually not. I fail. I don't know why I did it. I should sleep. But I wasted so much time I relapse and stay awake until 3 am. And have to go to job at 7am until 7pm. And instaed I go there preoared and focused I go like this. Every time same. I thought I will do much better this year. So far not good. I lost.

I have relapsed. The urges got the better of me. But all is not lost. I made it to 10 days which is my highest for a few years.

I felt great whilst on NoFap so I know I want to continue. To be honest I wasn't even that aroused by the porn but just wanted a release after I started and I kept looking deeper and deeper.

It's ok though I won't binge and I will go on another streak again, this time for longer. It's small steps after all. I wasn't expecting to just let go all of a sudden I know that it will take time and I am moving in the right direction.
