[30-CHALLENGE] THE THIRTY DAYS CHALLENGE !

今天就不用英语了，挺麻烦。
色情真是堪比毒瘾啊，但问题是有戒毒所却没有“戒色所”，很多人都没认识到色情的危害，以至于没有充分重视色情的戒断。这也导致我们在戒除色情过程中很难得到支持。
我一直以来都在寻求戒色的好方法，有时接触到新方法时会起效一段时间，但过后又会复发……到现在为止我仍然没有找到合适的途径戒除色情。我看了很多相关的资料，了解到自己为什么会沉迷色情，为什么总是难以戒除，也获取了很多建议。但是，这又有什么用呢？时至今日我仍然手淫并浏览那些网站。我的戒色努力一次次失败。
不过，我是不会放弃的。

 

Day 14 of 15 - really want to make it to half way. Last night was challenging. Had a long stressful day at work and as i was going to sleep has major urges. When i went for a walk today i made a focussed effort to look at my surroundings rather than just looking at all the women. I'm trying to get used to this idea that sometimes i will feel stressed plus urges but that it's ok to feel like this and it will pass.

Just completed the 21 days challange.

 

I relate a lot with your comment. New methods also work for me a while until I relapsed and then the addiction chain started all over again. Hope we can succeed this time.

 

I forgot that you have to start previous challenges before entering 30 days challenge. I'm sorry for the mix up, I'll be taking part in the 7 day challenge and later on I'll procced to 30 day. So for now I'm out.

 

Day 1
Few month ago I saw a guy said that he won a quarrel with another person on the basketball court. His story enlightened me, quiting porn can make you brave and give you more confidet when you're facing a conflict.
I'm a coward. I don't dare fighting back when I'm abused. Hope I can defeat my problematic sexual behaviour thus I will be able to handle this problem.

 

Thanks, internet porn had ruined our lives, we shall find our own way to cure oursleves.

 

Day 15 of 30 - half way there! thank you for the support and taking on this challenge with me. It's good to know there are other people out there who want to break free of this behaviour and live a more authentic life.
