I'm not doing too well, i finished my application to a coding bootcamp which feels good but in terms of pmo I just keep doing it and keep doing it, even when I have several good reasons to stop. I think I'm gonna write in my journal on here today about my reasons to stop pmo, and why I keep engaging in it.

Checking in @PegasusKid on to day 3 with no issues. I really do not like this period between 3-7 days I always feel demovitvated and procrastinate alot. It becomes very hard for me to find joy in anything which eventually leads me to relapse because of the dopamine rush.

I need to stay strong and look past that and find the bigger picture.
