Need help and some answers please

I would like to hear from the people who are in this not just to stay away from porn and masturbation, but the ones trying to help their DE or what ever sexual dysfunction they have.

While I can get an erection with my girlfriend, my problem is that I last way to long or I don't get to the point of no return. Hence Delayed ejactulation. in the beginning of our relationship I was able to O multiple times. Then I realized that everything worked down there again and started to PMO and the last two times we got intimate I just couldn't O. I know it's because of PMO. I'm not gonna do "hard mode" because I still wanna be intimate with my girl. What I want to know is will nofap help my DE problem and will bring intimate with my girl help bring the sensitivity back.

Also another side question is, is it weird that I'm only turned on by my girl? It's like she's the only thing to bring any life downstairs and I was wondering if that's due to some kind of flatlining. It's like I have no libido unless she's around and I'm finding that weird. I'm currently one week PMO and MO free and I'm going for this as a life long thing not some 90 day thing. Thank you and I look forward to your answers.

 

Thanks for the reply and to answer your question no it doesn't really matter because she's the one I love and I don't need to be turned on by anything else. Just thought it was kinda strange that she is the only thing to get me in the mood I guess
