    I was a little bit tempted to fish for images again tonight, but I messaged my AP right away instead and he gave me some good encouragement. I want to work on my upper-body strength a little bit, so I'm thinking about a plan to do small sets of pushups throughout the day. That might also help with keeping my energy and drives in check.

    I looked for some images once more yesterday. Feeling quite horny right now, but it’s not only because of the images.

    The flare method seems like something you could work with, but it has some flaws in my opinion when it concerns sexual desires. Sexual desires are based in our brain which wants status and yah the soul wants something higher, but we still have our body parts making hormones and you just simply want to fuck someone. Thus you have to come back to the discipline. Yes it’s easier when you focus on becoming someone (based on your most inner desires) instead of having something. But it’s still discipline all the way through and this is the way of the man.

    First sign of trouble, not because of urges but because of a small fight with my SO. I simply know that every time I feel like that all I want is self destruction. Fighting and feeling bad in the relationship is the time where I want weed, porn and video games as a way of escaping reality. And i don’t have access to weed + don’t have any cool games right now so I want porn.

    But I am aware of it. And instead of trying to fight myself I’ve started reading a book about self compassion and it really helped me to center myself. Porn addiction comes with so much self hate that it simply break me instead of helping me.

    The book’s website has a “Self-Compassion test” and I got 1.6 out of 5, so I know that it is a place where I can truly evolve in.

    One of the factors they test is the feeling of isolation and I think that we all probably feel that.

    For emotional realease you could write your fealings in a paper and then trow them away. Just write why you are angry or sad or the feeling that you want to analize or release. It's a good option, tell if it helps you brother.

    Yestarday middle and big urges, I was on instagram and I saw some sexy reels, but managed the urges. I already logged out of social networks. Almost all my past relapses start with social networks, so I must not be to much time there.

    I'm sleeping better, I feel really tired, I'm not sure if is related with PMO, keep strong my brothers.

    DAY 31. These days i was fighting very hard to control my inner ghosts. Im fighting to dont fap, my brain yells to me to masturbate. Day 31 now. Im an elf.
     
  18. Day 5. Had some physical urges this morning. For me, the first hurdle is the physical urges that occur around this time. The next is the psychological withdrawal that occurs after day 10, where I begin to experience sexual dreams for about a week

    just keep doing nofap. the avoidance of porn and masturbation (escapes) will force you to face and feel all your buried pain. when it comes, sit and feel it, just feel it. then give a new meaning for it. forgive yourself and others.
