That counter just looks sooo good! Awesome work hydrothunder, keep it up! By the way, a quote I heard from a Huberman Labs podcast yesterday: "No matter how far you drive, you're always the same distance from the ditch". That being said, be sure the vigilance never go away. :)

  3. I tried tagging you in a post a few posts above but it didn’t work at first. I reset, but I’ll keep fighting.

Ah, now I see, I must have missed somehow. Well, obviously my advice is to not try to find excuses for fapping one more time. Let's continue to fight.

If you ask on specific thing, we can try figuring out something for your
    experience.

  6. I’ve regressed and am now stuck at a point where I can’t make it past one week. This fall back into old habits has honestly been going on for over a year, but It’s been worse lately. I have no incentive to quit anymore other than the fact that it’s the ‘last piece of the puzzle’ when it comes to self improvement. Over the last year I’ve worked on my self to a point where life is going well despite my addiction. Since my addiction isn’t seeming to have any impact on my life other than loss of time or sleep, I have no drive to overcome it. But I still want to.

Now that I put my thoughts down, this what I’m asking for is how to change my mindset instead of how to overcome the urges, because I already know what to do. It’s just I let myself relax after about 3-4 days and end up putting myself in a bad position to overcome the urges.

@bellator de Christi If you do well apart from it, you should be fine.
Start with reducing stimulation from site to a quick scene, to a picture.

Meeting other people and girls in particular is a thing to look for.

We can always try different strategies. Try reducing the art. stimulus.

A lot of people 99% are in a state of "fantasy" or " day dreaming".

    Cut the novelty.

What does check in mean? Does that mean reporting the status every day? :emoji_sweat_smile:

if you reset, tag me and tell me to what intensity was the art. stimulation. So you and me can see, do you make progress in reducing.
    Good luck.

Checking in means that I’m still on track, duelling as never before and haven’t given in to any temptations ;)

  19. If you don’t want to do everyday, you and your opponent could agree to check in every other day, every three days, etc.

The risk is that you could forget to check in or you could forget that your doing the fight when an urge comes. At minimum you should check in once a week.
