Change jobs or outsource pc work if you are very serious about recovery.

Or at least get rid of your pc at home and switch off your phone when you get home.

What about working in a public space like a library pc if you gotta "work from home"? Or go to a co-working space.

 

On windows the best blocker hands down is plucky. You can configure it in a way where it's near impossible to bypass, and have a configuration that completely suits you.
