Spent a good chunk of the day hauling boxes of books. That's a pretty decent way to avoid urges.

@zusya thank you for your post, I wish you the best of luck on your path, start in small steps . I don’t know all the backstory but I don’t think that a female person that loves you is a best person to share your PMO problems. I tried sharing it with my wife and as you said about your mother, it seemed too much for her. The amount of emotions involved didn’t help me. Maybe try keeping it to the guy you messaged or your father if he’s there.

still strugling not to look at womens bodies. It’s hard but there is some improvement. Other urges are controllable.

If you need to walk away, that is better than lapsing. No, it is not sustainable, but you probably won't need to keep doing it long. Walking away for now does not seem like a bad idea to me, if that is necessary.

 

As for me, I'm putting the block back onto my phone, and this time I'll password protect it. I will have the password written down where, sure, I could look it up, but of course the idea is just to make that step necessary forcing me to take time to think about it.

 

I just started a P block on Cold Turkey blocker for my browsers. That will help slightly, although often I use a regular search engine to look for P lately, so I also need to stop that as it won't be blocked.
