Quick question: Does simply looking at porn count as an L? I slipped up and looked at some P today, though I didn't take it to MO. Personally I don't consider it a relapse but I wanted to know the thread rules.

What things do you need to do? Write a plan of your goals and break it down to pieces until it becomes so easy to do the first step that you could just do it right away.
