That's because you're just 22 yo. When I was 22 I didn't experience such severe side effects from PMO. Learn from my experience and quit it while you are still so young.

Wow my age on site must be wrong because I’m even younger than that - 18!

yeah I know for sure all the bad things that will happen but in the heat of the moment my mind never cares and just goes blank with one objective - I’m going to spend some time here daily though to combat this addiction and train my mind to intake the information here.

If you quit this addiction while you are still so young, you will thank yourself in hindsight when you are 30. Learn from the experience of others. Don't repeat the same mistake.

This addiction will negatively impact most of your life decisions, opportunities, relationships and etc.

Only the truth here and I 100% agree. I'm doing my best currently and I think I can quit it soon enough with today as a good start.

I’m 44 and been M since I was really young, maybe as young as 6.

I have noticed so many problems getting worse as I’ve aged but in particular, I have a very slim frame for my age and short stature. I have always put it down to my relentless addiction.

The last few years I have noticed that that bowel movements are not firm (as they should be) and the colour is light. My understanding is that this is caused by weak kidneys as it is the seat of energy within the body. M weakens the kidneys hence the extreme tiredness created from M. This not only weakens the obvious places but everywhere you don’t usually notice, like digestion. I learnt this recently.

for the younger guys out there, it is so important that you fix this addiction while you are young. I have:

    -sunken eyes
    -Dark circles
-Face has become noticeable ugly. I was good looking when I was younger.
-Teeth have eroded away. The dentist can’t understand what has caused such extreme loss.
    -extremely under size for age.
    -weak child like voice
    -weak presence around people
    -zero willpower
    -constant back pain (kidneys)
-extreme tiredness to the point that I sleep at every opportunity, including going to my car on my dinner at work to sleep
-my hair went grey years before any of my friends
-hair loss occurred earlier than the norm
    -extreme anger.
-zero emotions, as in I am unable to cry over anything. I am unable to comfort people as it feels alien to me.
    -noticeable issues with learning anything.
    -unable to focus or concentrate
    -zero patience for anything

I’m sure there are more, the point is, these issues only get worse

Yeah, judging by your symptoms, PMO has definitely played a role in all of this. Do most of these symptoms (except for the irreversible ones) improve on longer streaks of NoPMO?

No idea as I’ve never been able to do a long streak.

Then do it. You must stop it before it is too late. Treat it as if your life depended on it because it does.

Most of these symptoms will resolve within 9-12 months of NoPMO.

I have a plan that appears to be working so far.

each time I have failed I have picked over what could of caused it, and then changed accordingly. Each time my stretches have improved but only small stretches in length, for example:

    -2 days
    -3 days
    -7 days
    -11 days

This may seem quite unimpressive, however for the vast majority of my life I have been unable to even get past 1 one full day, and it is improved nag each time. I genuinely feel I can go a long way now, as in, stretches of months and not days as before, as I feel I have mastered all the issues.

Thanks for the encouragement, it really is appreciated

  12. Hi
This thread is on the point. I have digestion issues as well in early 20's.Long term Pmo make digestion bad. Acid reflux, Gerd symptoms are there. This is my experience. I hope Nofap would cure it and thanks for creating this thread :))

No visible digestion issues, however - numb throat and thinner voice, chronic ftigue when relapsing daily and hairloss. Depression as well.

Hello Friend. I am grateful to you
When I read all this, I thought I should write about my problems. I've been through hell.
I had all the symptoms you describe. And I still struggle with it all. I don't go to doctors anymore, I'm exhausted. They don't understand, they don't know. I am 30 years old. I have been masturbating since the age of 10-11. And for the last 10 years I have literally been in hell. In short, please advise me what vitamin and medicine I should take? How to restore the hormonal balance of neurotransmitters? I don't masturbate anymore, I'm trying to get used to it. I have prostatitis with cramps and the small pelvis is painful. Please advise me some medicine to regain my mental and hormonal balance... There is no point in going to the doctor anymore.. I have 100 symptoms and I don't know who to go to.. I want to solve the initial problem that caused it.. I have a digestive system like a 60-year-old man. Please answer me

I confirm. I have been in hell for 10 years. I changed 100 doctors, but no one helped me, and they didn't really understand me. I have many digestive system problems and also oral thrush. Hormonal imbalance. Please advise me how to treat, what medicine or vitamins should I take? There is no point in going to the doctor, I have tried many times

Yes, of course Nofap. Does anyone know of any other vitamin or medicine? Hormonal imbalance neurotransmitters to balance. which caused all the physical problems. What damage did I get from excessive masturbation? How can I treat all this?

Here is what I would do if I were you:
    1. NoPMO for at least 12 months
    2. A balanced and nutritious diet
    3. Supplement zinc, selenium, magnesium and vitamin D3
    4. Try Chios mastic gum to alleviate your digestive symptoms
    5. No alcohol and smoking
    6. Take cold bath / shower every other day
    7. Prioritize sleep
    8. Meditate
