Interesting thing happened to me, I went to the restaurant with my wife and my mother.
Our waitress was quite cute. We were sitting outside and when I went inside the restaurant to pay for the dinner,
the waitress started flirting with me very noticeable, I think I would get her number without a problem but I've just smiled and payed my the food.

So the women attraction is real I would say. Also I'm more confident.

Ya.. It was happened me yesterday . And I updated my day counter about 3 times and it was appeared.

 

Check in. 25 days no pmo. Single. Always been single. I understand why. My brain thought I was getting tons of girls. Plus pmo made me very anxious around people. Doing really good. Feeling benefits. Loving life. Even though today was really hard I managed. Work outside. Got 20 mm of rain today. Getting used to 12 hour work days. It was miserable working conditions. I got through without acting out. Life is good.

 

I'm back, brothers. Last week was a very ugly one. I relapsed multiple times day after day. I couldn't figure out why a so intense relapse. I surely lost a lot of progress in there. Maybe it had something related to back pain, lot of exams and a built up pressure of my biggest streak since I started nofap.

Some times the reboot seems like a rubber band. As I pull it, the harder it gets to pull more. The objective is to tear the rubber band, but some times it happens that I let it go and it hit me hard. So I have to start pulling again until it tears apart.

Anyways, urges have been high this weekend and specially this monday. I need to not ceed to them.

Day 4 complete! Quest Aid -- Song of Bombadil

I took a trip into the city with my younger sister today to visit a very large, beautiful church. It was nice to hang out with her, just the two of us, since that isn't something we normally get to do. We spent over an hour inside the church, looking at all the many beautiful statues and paintings and mosaics. We were gone all afternoon and past dinnertime, and even though I saw some rather immodestly dressed women on the train, I was in a good headspace to avoid urges.

About an hour ago some mild urges to peek at porn did arise, but I contacted my AP right away and then took a cold shower. He's been on my case lately about not talking to him as much as I should, only talking with him to report a relapse rather than to ask for help avoiding one. I'm happy I was able to correct that behavior this time.
