    i relapsed. Again without porn. Immediately porn pathways were activated in my brain. That night i dreamt heavily on porn images and videos i watched the recent 15 years. My motivation to date women and make contact with them vanished. I feel miserable and down and fucked.
    I am in a conflict. Fapping helps me sleep. But on the other hand old pathways will be activated. This is fucked up and need to consider what to do.

    I had that phase too when I fapped to feel more relaxed and able to sleep. Just keep going. Recovery is not a linear process and knows different phases. Always envision a clear direction, keep it and keep faith to succeed. Sometimes it seems we are going backwards but that‘s only to learn and it enables us to grow. Go for what you stand for and remain persistant.
