    I have relapsed..
    But I am proud of myself for coming so far, it feels unreal to finally have reached 36 days.
    Before this I could not even cross a week in all my streaks.

    Just like a bamboo tree takes one year to invisibly grow underground and expand its roots, before suddenly shooting up in the air, I have taken an year to heal. To strengthen my roots.

    And now I will grow.

    I am very grateful to @Spontifex for the help. Thank you for being there and simply believing in me. Sometimes that's all a guy needs to keep moving forward!

    I will keep going until I complete my chosen goal of 40 days.
    May we all succeed in our humble pursuits.

    Yes yes yes, keep going. I keep repeating myself I know but while relapses may be part of the recovery process giving up is not. :) So you do the right thing @Be Water. Believe in yourself and see the progress you've made. Keep going, one day at a time, keep going, keep growing. Heal and Enjoy :)

    You won't @n0b0dy777, and in case it happens again one day then know that this cannot diminish the progress and the achievements you got so far. Always keep going, never give up. Rather than trying to fix stuff focus on building the new, a clear vision with an elevated emotion, visualise the man you want to be, feel it as you already are, focus your energy on building the new.

    Thanks bro, you are right I know. Many times I said this is the last time and it wasn't but I know for a fact I am NEVER gonna give up fighting this addiction I will beat it for good.
