    @higor pereira araujo i listen to EDM when I’m bummed to feel better . What do u do?

    glad the edm exists picks up my spirits. Anime and manga too. I’m trying out light novels. The novel of anime haha. Got a volume for $7 used yay. 150 pages. I wanna try to write a light novel. Might be fun.

    oddly enough weight training just isn’t for me 100%. Even dumbbells meet with my distaste. So I’m sticking with pure body weight calisthenics . That’s good with me :) I’ll stay a lot leaner this way which is ideal for me . I don’t like the size that comes with free weights. But I love the muscle mass from calisthenics. Interesting.

    I only need a pull-up bar! Well, and I a rower haha. I know I can go running if the towers absent or just jump in place. But the rowers ideal for me for now. Best cardio experience I’ve ever had. Knees and back don’t hurt like they did with running.

    I’m back into my one goal a day thing. I just make a mental note. Todays goal is to just brush my teeth at 930 to get my sleep routine started. I like to read 5-10 pages in bed flbefore I konk out

    Thats awesome you changed your social attitude around. Man my discipline was shot yesterday. Didn't focus well at work. Gotta work on that. Luckily I kept myself busy today, so I didn’t have triggers really to look at porn

    Remapping

    I know my posts are just a continual figuring out what do. But I think I’m good today. Stay at home and study is the MO. Study and work all day during the week till I get an hour study time done. Then chill on anime or read.

    that’s my alone time. On weekends I’ll see my so and my nofap crew. Also my anime friends. We’ll see if the writing group takes. If it does that’s another group I can see during the week. So I’ll see people on weekends and alone time weekdays . I think I’ll be ok.

    I had my day 1. Yesterday,fap was really demoralising,I had lost hope. But then,I realize that the reason I was failing, because my process was wrong. Like NO HOBBY,unregulated internet surfing.

    Also,felt,journey should be a fast ,easy one,but is actually a LONG PROCESS, gradually it all gets better. Day by day.
    Hence,started again the journey.
    Also,even setbacks are part of this journey.
    So,I restarted STREAK,i am ON THE JOURNEY.

    Checking in - Yesterday my withdrawal symptoms are very strong and I also had a fucking voice in my head wanting to jerk off, not only that, but I also had sexual dreams.

    To overcome porn I need to be really good with women. I'm not sure if can be good at this, that's not my jam.

    Yo. Had my day 2,done. Yes. I discovered that working out was great motivation and mood enhancer for me.
    So,I worked out. Also,I do go out for walk twice a day. It feels refreshing as I feel a member of society.
    Looking forward to next day, tomorrow.

    Hi all! Haven't made an update in a while. I didn't have too bad cravings, but man I had some horrible porn nightmares, which were so graphic, that I don't even want to talk about it. I guess this is just my brain trying desperately to convince me to watch porn. I need to watch less (ideally no) instagram, because that can get me close to relapse. Hope everyone is doing well.

    Relapsed :( ultimate shame. I know shame is unproductive, but during the most irresponsible times I follow my triggers. Dang. Didn't get close to my highs core ~28 day streak. 15 is still pretty good for me compared to the rest of the year. But it isn't good enough.
    I'm not going to give up hope though. Don't give up.

    How could I have made myself not feel like I don't wanna gooooo?!?!

    Maybe hang out by myself on Sundays would be good....yeah or just see Cora early Sudays IDK MAN. I need a whole day where I kick it by myself with my phone off all day basically. Mega unplug. And just be alone all day. That alone time is nice for me. Never seems enough without a solid 3 hour anime binge a week : |

    Well, I can take that time on Fridays. Yeah. Makes sense. Friday. What will I do this next weekend?

    Options: draws....Honestly. I never feel like going back to see my mom that much. But I do miss her. IDK I'll see her later whatever. I'll see her the day or two before she's gonna go to Peru.

    My goal is to get 5+ hours study done Monday - Thursday. Then do a full day for just me friday, full day with Cora Sunday and hang iwth Niji 3pm-830pm Saturday.
