today was a busy day at work so no time to indulge thoughts. keep pushing on.

 

7 days challenge completed.
Hurrraaayyyyy!!!!
My personal best streak is 15 days and that was in the year 2017(August). I still remember the time because those 15 days were the best that I have experienced.....and ever since then i have not been able to complete 1 week.
It took me 5 years to achieve this goal .
Thanks to this platform where i met many people with the same problem and it gave me confidence that I am not alone.
Let's keep going.

temptations creeping back a little bit today but no real urges yet. I was sitting on the couch after coming back from work, indulged in some dirty thoughts about my girlfriend. Nothing wrong with that, but I'm not gonna MO because of it. no way.
