Thank you all for your kind and positive messages.
Sometimes I have the tendency to disqualify the positives about myself but your supportive words help me counteract that.
I am truly lucky and grateful to have you as my brothers in this journey.

This will be my first weekend in CZ without the same social support and great weather as back home.
I will stay vigilant. I need to occupy my time in a healthy, productive way. I need to socialize and not stay alone much.
I will also meditate, already did today, to help my mind stop ruminating about the past and instead focusing on the present.
    Keep training!

@DRAGON_ I wish you a full and speedy recovery. Your health is the most important thing.

    Day 3

No urges for pmo, but for internet surfing. But i remembered how to deal with it.

Every time we do the right thing, we enhance that part of our brain and we will have an easier time when the next urge comes around.

    Lets master this!

    3 Day Free of PMO

Struggling a little, but carrying on. My resolve has hardened at the end of the day.

    Keep training!

@Kingfisher Yes, I know stress was part of the mix amongst other things. I was more hoping you would share what your thought process would be immediately after your relapses, from my recollection you kept getting up after each fall going further and further.

  9. After a relapse, I immediately motivate myself for a new streak. The relapse did not erase my progress completely and I analyzed why I relapsed and applied my findings in my new streak.

@DRAGON_ Hope you feel better soon!

I'll go out late today, I'll take it easy with the alcohol and will not interact with screens when I get back home.
    Straight to sleep instead.

Excellent preemptive, spotting the possible urges and planning in advance.

    Day 71

Today I walked up through the mountain with family and it was very nice. Then at the afternoon we went to it rice with chicken.

I had some rememberings of porn scenes and stayed a while in this state. I had cravings to watch her again (the actress) and I though that it is hard that I won't watch her again. I felt nostalgic. But everything is for a good reason and we need to learn to break attachments including porn. Eventually this sensation passed. I was anyway walking in a mountain with no chance to relapse.

I also find very difficult to stop ogling chicks. The good thing is that step by step I am programming my brain to do not associate ogling with masturbation or porn afterwards looking for them there. But it could be a trap of my mind. Anyways one trick that I do is to choose in the bus the seats that are oriented d to the tail to lower the chance of ogling and it works.

Have a great weekend and stay strong

@MJ Warrior 93 im sorry to hear it, but dont despair. See it only as an opportunity to change your behaviour the next time an urge comes around!

Think about the situation in which you failed, and try to find out what you told yourself to let yourself act against you highest values.
Then apply your findings, so that you dont make the same mistake twice.

    I hope this may help.
    Get back on it brother!
