Yeah, thanks. I understand that... it is also a bit tougher to network since I only work 4 days where only 1 day is where we all meet up at the office. But I just subscribed to an event for our whole department and will try to also actively contact people outside my own team

 

Day 115

Was successful in having real sex and it was great! Eventhough it was the first time where I also had a bit of anxiety (mostly due to bad experiences in the past due to my PIED), I had no problems getting aroused, keeping hard or O.
Great feeling to finally be able to have real sex and actually enjoy it instead of trying to "get the job done" and do my best to keep an erection like during the heavy porn watching days (especially around 2010/2015). Man what a relief, I could cry if I think of how much pain this addiction gave me.

Keep fighting this good fight my brothers. It is so so so much worth it!! I was addicted to porn for over 10-15 years with in my peak I'd spend around 3-5 hours a week watching / MO-ing...
