100 days done! I have now reached the rank of the God of War!

Cheers guys! I am excited about this milestone, the longest I've gone in years!

I guess my main tip would be to eliminate all visual triggers. For me that means to quit Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit and all the other social media sites that have pictures on them. And as for Youtube, I still watch it, but mainly from subscriptions feed only, and I have disabled all the thumbnails. If I would still have been using these things there is no way I would have lasted this long. Visual triggers are what got me in the past the most! I wonder if there is a web browser, or at least an extension, that straight up disables all the images on all the websites, I can't look it up now, but if there is then that would be ideal—use it!
