    Full on PMO relapse, but I had several hours to think when the clarity is gone, and you know what?
    I feel pretty damn good about myself, because who I am today is very different who I used to be two years ago when I was still living on daily PMO and this single relapse might be one of many more in the future, but so what? Yes, I am constantly setting myself back but the past year I've been pushing the boulder back up the hill everytime it falls and I could and SHOULD be proud of how far I traveled in the time on NoFap

    Let us rematch again, I wish to continue right where we left off if you would be willing to :emoji_muscle::emoji_muscle:

    Day 20/30 - Day by day

    I'm at home right now, I've had a fever for the last couple of days and my overall mental is not feeling great. I'm overthinking a lot sometimes, I want to be close to Allah inshaAllah so I've cut out talking to girls, for reasons unrelated to marriage. I hope I see some benefits of doing that soon because I don't see any at the moment, but I'll keep working because there's nothing else to do at home.
