Sex and flatline ?

Yours sounds as a difficult question and probably only experienced people could give you proper information and answers. The fact that you're experiencing libido may probably affect the sexual intercourse, given that you're finding difficulties to get aroused (this should happen both for P or real sex). But, you know there's no scientific certainty, so no one can predict whay would happen to your case.
Our "general" advice is to stay abstinent from sex at least for 90 days, if you've already experienced a PIED. I know it's really sad meeting your gf after some time and not having the possibility of sex. This is really up to you, as you're just at the starting point of your streak.

Well, I would not underestimate the P problem. To be clearer, you think you beat ED with your 90-day-streak, but you still watch P. This sounds like the main problem, because the extended and habitual view of P could alter the dopamine receptors and all the biological cycle around them. So, as you already know, try to stay away from P and don't play with fire

As for sex, if you think you beat ED, I believe you could give it a try! Don't be afraid of low libido, because the moment when you'll see you GF after a long time and you 2 will be in an intimate time...everything will be different
In case you should fail (I really hope not), you could overtly talk to her about flatline, explaining the momentary setback. But again, I think you should be ok!

Hey man how's the whole libido thing going for you? I'm kinda in a flatline myself and I notice when I'm with my girlfriend it goes away. I feel like I wanna have sex when I'm around her and can't wait to be intimate with her.

I haven't seen people talk about coming out of flatline when around their girlfriends/boyfriend. That being a the case it's kinda strange.
