How does masturbating effect acne?

Nobody really knows what causes acne. There are several cause and effect inferences that have been drawn from experience. In the first two to three weeks after I stopped masturbation my skin improved markably. At the same time, I slept, ate and cleaned myself in a systematic manner. I have been PMO free for 51 days now but the acne is back probably cause my diet still sucks and I could not manage sleeping enough or washing my face at regular intervals. You can and should try your luck at it by stopping PMO and checking for yourself.

 

I have never heard that PMO could cause acne. I had a severe case of acne for 5 years : what usually cause it are your alimentation, the way you sleep, the way you treet your skin, and your stress. Maybe there is a relation between PMO and masturbation, but it's maybe because PMO makes you feel like shit or stress you. In that case, stopping PMO could really benefits you and do some good to your skin and acne.

 

Those three are the only things that I've noticed affect acne.

 

Dude pmo is the cause of mine. I had severe acne. Then took Accutane. It cleared up completely. Then I found out about masterbaiting and that caused my acne again.

 

It causes mine. Nothing you say will change my mind lol.

 

As a 43 year old male i had only little acne, but my skin is way clearer now after 77 days nofap than it has been for decades, so i can testify that it does help.

 

I don't know if it causes acne. But who knows. Try giving up fapping and see if it helps or not
