After 17 days I relapsed

    Because in the last few days, I felt quite shitty and demotivated. But I will not fall to the binging of PMO despite the fact that I relapsed twice yesterday. Because this time, I am extending my streak to 30 days. I hope to find some advice here related to the different phases of no PMO.

    The first 7 days were the hardest for me, then it got easier, then between 14-20 days it got harder again, then easier from 20-30, then harder from 30-35, now it's easier again, but I don't know why

    Last night was really difficult for me, I knew what I was doing so I won't blame it on PMO because after 17 days (which was the longest since July) I relapsed on my own account. Anyways I am not depressed or sad because I made it to 17 days and sadness/disappointment won't bring anything back. This time I will make it to 40 days and Thank-you!

    Stay strong. the awesome thing is... You are so acutely aware of your situation. You are not giving in automatically. That means that you have a chance in the near future to be successful. That is huge brother! I believe in you. Self-awareness is the key!
