Well the title says it all really, i relapsed once then just binged three more times... Back to 0 for me, i know where it all came from though i recognised the pattern and i will be keen to avoid it. Onwards and upwards. I AM NOT GOING BACK TO MY DARK AND DEPRESSED STATE AGAIN

4 times...guess you are pretty dizzy now...lols...but seriously that commitment, is it crystal clear inside your head? clear enough to reach that inner self that sits in the darkness and silence of the body/soul? You see most people when they get up and attempt something again they have this inner belief that its only a matter of time until they fall back again. That even with such a belief, its better to just try and fail then quit and look for something better. A powerful authority of the world once said, "there are two kinds of people, those who lead and those who are lead". Your soul shall be passionate, your muscles shall be excited and your bones shall be determined then you will succed!

That is a good thing to hear but before you embark on a quest for 100 days No PMO, ask yourself that are you really prepared for this?
Because I relapsed twice a few days ago after having a 17 day streak and then today I relapsed twice again. Why? Because I wanted to PMO, my heart wasn't fully devoted to NoFap like it was before (a string of bad days caused me to relapse prior to today). Now I am determined to not PMO at-least for a month, after I complete a month then I will set my target to 2 months, then 3 and so on. Do not run for the 100 days because I guarantee you won't be able to achieve it. Set your target to 14 days, once you achieve that then set it to a month. Hope it helps!

As long as you don't give up, you will eventually defeat this. Keep this in mind: If you were to relapse every other day, you would be fapping 50% less!! Stay strong brother.

  8. Once I read this I knew you had learned something. Shame, guilt, sadness, depression: thats for someone else, not us, not anymore. You left that shit behind, good for you Brother.

Say it with me: I did not masturbate today and I'm sure as hell not going to fap tomorrow. I do not masturbate anymore. I live life to the fullest, as the fullest. I am pure energy, master of my mind, body and emotions.

Kenpachi79, you can do it man! Your determination shows, and we all have our downfalls, but you gotta get up again. And that's what you're doing. So don't let this stop you, start again, and keep strengthening that determination!

Dont worry about the distance, just do each day one at a time, focus on today, get through today, learn from today.
Your brain will slowly adapt to the new you

@randompatriot We are in this to the end and were never going to give up trying,no matter how many times we fall.

@Booster 1 day at a time, that is the plan!

Hey @kenpachi79 , thanks for checking in and posting. Really appreciate your attitude and commitment statement, and wish you all the best absolutely. I am approaching the 100-day mark and it's taken me some while to put together this kind of time. Of course, I'm older and been down in my addiction for quite a while. But prepare for ups and downs, man, as you know. Do you have a journal started in your age group forum? That's been way helpful for me, for accountability and regular support.

All the best! Glad to be here doing another day with you. Keep on, my friend!
