How do you abstain from those extreme hot urges?
I feel so empty at day 6. I feel I need porn to boost my mood am so low, is that even normal? I even had a glance on p then closed immediately, did I break the pmo vow?should I start on day 1?...

Your call on the counter. That's hardly the point, though, in my opinion.

Get off the computer. Get outside. Take a walk this evening. Have you tried a blocker like K9? It just adds another barrier to looking at porn that can be circumvented if you really want to go there, but it will help remind you why you're doing this.

Think of your true potential. Your mind unpoisoned. A true man's mind. You can do it.

Sometimes you have to try to feel comfortable with the uncomfortable. What I mean is, it's gonna take discipline and self control to make the choice to not masturbate or look at porn when you have those urges. Know that it's a feeling that is temporary, and will pass in a few minutes. Don't focus on those urges and giving in to them, instead focus on the big picture of why you stopped fapping in the first place. Look at the end result, a more happy and fulfilled life you can never have with PMO.

That feeling of emptiness comes from the withdrawal your mind is going through because you are giving up an addictive behavior. It's just like with any drug. It too shall pass though. I am 3 years clean from a marijuana addiction. When I quit, sure it wasnt easy, but i got rid of a bad habit and adopted a good one to replace it. Don't believe the lie you tell yourself that you need porn to make you feel better. Its bad rationalization , and the outcome will make you feel even lower. Buddy just do research on porn addiction on the brain and read testimonials on success with nofap. That gave me tremendous motivation through the tough times. I hope this helps.
